FireDos Smart Proportioners

FireDos Smart Proportioners are intelligent extensions of the standard mechanical proportioning systems. Equipped with numerous sensors, they enable reliable remote monitoring, fault detection and automated reporting — optimizing maintenance processes and reducing costs.

Smart Proportioners are available in four versions:

RETROFIT — for upgrading existing FireDos proportioning systems (Generation I and II) to smart functionality without replacing the whole unit.

LITE — entry-level smart version for new installations with basic monitoring capability.

BASIC — enhanced version with additional sensors and reporting functions.

PRO — the most advanced version, including a full sensor package for recording all key operating parameters: water flow rate, foam concentrate flow, ball valve positions, oil level, pump pressure and temperature. Data is used for predictive maintenance analysis.

All versions include a local control unit with display screen.
