Services

Complete fire protection solutions - from engineering and installation to service, maintenance and regional product supply.

Engineering & design

Arcofire's engineering team designs complete fire protection systems from first principles - sprinkler, water mist, gas, foam, aerosol, kitchen and detection - rather than adapting a single fixed product line to every building. Every design is backed by full hydraulic calculations, coordinated in BIM with the rest of the project team, and documented to the relevant EN, NFPA and local standard for the system type and building use.

  • Site survey, fire risk assessment and occupancy/hazard classification
  • System concept and technology selection - sprinkler, water mist, gas, foam, aerosol, kitchen or detection
  • Hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing and water supply/pump duty analysis
  • BIM / Revit / AutoCAD coordination and clash detection with architects, M&E and structural teams
  • Equipment and component selection - sprinklers, nozzles, valves, detectors, panels, pumps
  • Technical specifications, drawings and design documentation to EN 12845, EN 12259, EN 54, ISO 14520, NFPA and equivalent standards
  • Fire engineering consultation and value-engineering options for the client and design team
  • Design review, insurer/authority liaison and approval prior to construction

Installation & construction

Arcofire's own installation teams build the full range of fire suppression and detection systems on site - sprinkler, water mist, gas, foam, aerosol and kitchen suppression - together with the fire water supply, pumps, tanks, pipework and control equipment each system needs. Pipework is fabricated in-house using grooved, welded and press-fit methods, pressure tested and flushed before handover, with every stage recorded for the project's quality file.

  • Site planning, logistics and programme coordination with the main contractor
  • Pipework fabrication - grooved, welded and press-fit connections, in-house or on site
  • Installation of sprinkler, water mist, gas, foam, aerosol and kitchen suppression system equipment
  • Fire water supply installation - pumps, pump rooms, water storage tanks and valve sets
  • Fire detection and alarm cabling, devices and control panel installation
  • Pressure testing, flushing and leak testing of all pipework before handover
  • Quality checks, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and as-built documentation
  • Coordination with other site trades - mechanical, electrical, structural and finishes

Commissioning & service

Every system Arcofire installs is functionally tested and commissioned before it is handed over, with witness testing arranged for the client, insurer or approval authority where the project requires it. After handover, Arcofire supports the system for its full service life - planned inspections at the intervals each standard requires, a technical helpdesk, and an emergency call-out service backed by a stock of genuine spare parts.

  • Pre-commissioning checks - visual inspection, pressure and continuity checks
  • Functional and performance testing of the complete system, including alarm and shutdown interfaces
  • Witness testing with the client, insurer or approval authority where required
  • Handover documentation, certification, as-built drawings and O&M manuals
  • Operator and facilities-team training on system operation and alarm response
  • Planned maintenance - weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual inspections to EN 12845 and manufacturer schedules
  • Technical helpdesk and remote fault diagnosis
  • Emergency call-out and repair, backed by a genuine spare parts stock

Systems & supply

Arcofire supplies the full range of fire suppression and detection systems and components covered by the systems it designs and installs - from FireLite sprinkler pipe and press-fit stainless steel pipework to sprinklers, valves, nozzles, gas and foam system components, fire pumps, water storage tanks and detection/control equipment - stocked in Riga for fast regional delivery, with technical product advice available at every stage.

  • System and component selection advice for designers, contractors and end clients
  • Sprinkler pipe and fittings - epoxy-coated and galvanised grooved pipe, press-fit stainless steel
  • Sprinklers, valves, nozzles and flow/pressure monitoring equipment
  • Gas, foam, aerosol and kitchen suppression system components
  • Fire pumps, pump sets and water storage tanks
  • Fire detection and alarm devices, panels and cabling
  • Stock held in Riga for fast regional delivery across the Baltics
